Bidder's Qualification Requirements

Domestic enterprises and institutions with legal personality and relevant qualifications stipulated by the State may participate in the bidding.

Enterprises that possess the capability to manufacture and supply equipment of the same type as that specified in this tender project.

In the past three years, there shall be at least two similar project cases, each with a contract value not less than the total bid amount for this tender.

Financial condition is sound. It is not in a state of asset seizure, business transformation, or other conditions such as closure, suspension, merger, or conversion.

The bidding entity has a good reputation and is not currently subject to litigation or involved in a large number of legal disputes.

This project does not accept joint venture bids.
